We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Returned in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

3. Return Shipping Costs

To ensure transparency, return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Gift Expression Inc  will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label, which you must download and print to attach to your return package. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees
